"The Wild Princess" is the first book in a series about the daughters of Queen Elizabeth. This novel is a fantastic historical fiction piece that focuses on Louise, daughter number 4. The writing style of the author was fantastic. I felt like each scene throughout the novel was real and that I was there reliving history."

"I enjoyed the story. It kept the pace throughout the entire book. One event or adventure would occur and then quickly as a reader I was involved in another one. Lots of action, compassion, mystery, and romance. Definitely a must read for those who love a great romance.

I was so excited to read that this is the first in a series and can’t wait to read more from the author."

The door is always open. The light is always ready to receive us. But we have to learn how to tread the path. Fortunately for us, all of the wonderful myths and legends of ancient Greece, as well as all the sacred and beautiful stories of Judaism, Christianity and Islam, have the common aim of showing us, through symbols and allegories, a practical method for reaching spiritual enlightenment, for returning 'home'. THE DOOR IS OPEN describes the seven precise steps that are revealed in all great mythology and scripture, along with enjoyable and effective spiritual exercises and activities that are suitable for individual seekers or groups of friends working together. This is a story that has been lost and forgotten, even though the entire tale has been right before our eyes the whole time.

Alexandria Moreno, parking enforcement officer for the serene town of Pleasant Lake, has signed on with the FBI to nail a gorgeous suspected criminal, Miguel Diaz, who’s passing himself off as a legitimate businessman. Alex’s assignment is to use her feminine wiles, of which she has few, to infiltrate Diaz’s world and find some evidence for a conviction.

To complicate matters, she’s teamed up with Detective Roman Plow, who is her ex-boyfriend, though the FBI doesn’t know it. As they focus on retaliating for past wrongs, real and imagined, their smoldering love/hate relationship brews. They’re not exactly an ideal team.

With her bumbling nature, a steamer trunk full of emotional baggage, and no investigating skills, Alex spends most of her time reminding herself that the tall, dark, and handsome Miguel Diaz is not her real boyfriend and struggling to keep from falling into his bed. As she tries to dig up dirt on her undercover lover, the steamy investigation leads to a fight for her life. But who is behind the attacks?

There are still a few spots available.

Fifteen-year-old Budda (Butter with a souther drawl) Jessico leads an unremarkable and anonymous life in suburban St. Louis. He's not unpopular, because someone would first have to notice him. Except for the tormenting by his older brother, however, Budda is content. He follows his father's rules and stays out of trouble. Then, at the urging of Blood Mama (his birth mother), a voice only Budda hears, he catches a bus to Kentucky to rescue his former foster sister, Addie.
Budda encounters her blood kin, led by the ominous Odyn Starkwether and his violent brother Dickie. A drug shipment controlled by the Starkwethers has disappeared and so has Addie. The brothers have a mess to clean up, and Budda is soon in the middle of it. At first, Budda goes along willingly, if it will help him find Addie. Before long, though, Budda realizes he is in way to deep and needs to get out while the getting is good. He learns through a difficult and dangerous weekend that his home life is much better than he ever knew and he wants his family back. It's sometimes better to stay put.

"Hollywood died on me as soon as I got here. Welles said that, not me, but damn if he didn’t nail it, you know?"
Sam Bateman came to Hollywood to settle a score, but amidst the sunny and 75, his plans went astray. Everything changed the day he drank in the intoxicating legend of Meyer Holden, the greatest screenwriter Hollywood has ever known, the one who pulled a Salinger and walked away. Holden now tacks pseudonyms onto his works and buries them in the bottomless sea of spec that is Hollywood’s development process. They’re out there for anyone to find—but at what cost? In his quest, Bateman severs all ties and sinks into a maddening world of bad writing and flawed screenplays. Paranoid and obsessive, the belligerent savant encounters an eccentric cast of characters—each with an agenda—in his search for the one writer in Hollywood who does not want to be found.
Phil Brody’s The Holden Age of Hollywood is at once a detective novel, an unexpected love story, and a provocative exposé of a broken industry. With dark humor and incisive commentary, the novel immerses readers in a neo-noir quest to attain the Hollywood dream, integrity intact.

Bitter news leads a San Diego widow and widower to true love—and to a scheme to marry off their adult children, a plan that goes deliciously awry. Gaetano Lorenzo was the sweetest man that the widowed Estelle Bennett had ever met. That morning began terribly, with awful news, but now the owner and head chef of a local San Diego ristorante was offering up Italian delights: red wine, delicious food, walks on the beach, laughter when she’d never thought she’d laugh again…. Estelle felt twenty-five. She and Gaetano had found the recipe for love, and a simple variation might just get their adult children to settle down, too. A scoop of sugar, two ladlefuls of lust, a pinch of deception and a whole 24 oz.-can of danger— Suddenly, ingredients were coming from everywhere! But kitchens are crazy places, and variety is the spice of life. And for anything to get cooked, things have to get hot.

"I found a new author to add to my list! Elle Chardou kept me interested in this whole book. When I got the tour I thought I might have a hard time finishing the story on time, but luckily I couldn't put it down. Move over Christian Grey and welcome Julien Gasquet. This book does have of steamy erotic scenes that will keep you wanting more. If you are fan of the Sookie Stackhouse books, this book is sure to please. When reading this book I instantly liked the main characters. Sometimes it can take me awhile to really like the characters, but Elle did a great job with making them instantly loveable. Julien is yummy! Now If I can just make time to read the second one in the series."

Summary: A Pureblood... Julien Gasquet belongs to the notorious Lycan clan, the Gasquet Pack based in New Orleans.

"All in all the book was pretty darn good and it impressed me. The book had just the right amount of detail, paranormal romance as well as good writing. It wasn't overloaded and bogged down with details it was just right. I would recommend this one to anyone and I can't wait to read the next in the series."
